British mezzo-soprano, Stephanie Windsor-Lewis, spent the first half of her career so far in Italy where she sang principal roles at the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Biennale di Venezia and Teatro Donizetti di Bergamo. Prior to this she studied at the Royal College of Music. Stephanie's UK engagements have included 'Suzuki' Puccini Madame Butterfly and 'Rosmira' Handel Partenope for English National Opera, Beethoven's 9th Symphony at the Barbican Centre with the Royal Philharmonic, and Handel's Messiah, Mozart's Requiem and Vivaldi's Gloria at the Royal Albert Hall.
Stephanie’s other concert engagements include a gala concert with the esteemed tenor Josè Carreras in Singapore, & Berio's Sinfonia for the Lucerne Festival with Pierre Boulez. She won first prizes in the Benvenuto Franci competition and the Premio Crescendo Competition in Florence.
